History:The company started operations in 1974 in Silicon Valley/San Jose, CA.  Our Silicon Valley division has provided professional property management services for over 30 years and continues to do so.  Due to the success of the Bay Area operation and the desire of the owners to enjoy country life in gold country, the Sonora based division opened their doors in 2005. 

Professionalism, high level of customer service and responsiveness has driven their high rate of growth and reputation for superior investment property and asset management. 

 Carol R. Griggs, Broker/CEO:Carol Brings her years of experience driving corporate customer service and cost reduction-programs in Silicon Valley to her leadership of First Network Realty Group, Inc.  Her action oriented personality and strong interpersonal skills were enhanced by management training at General Electric and upper level management positions at Intuit and Sun Microsystems where she drove quality improvement, customer satisfaction, process improvements including cost savings of over $50,000,000.  She is now considered a local expert in the property management industry.

  Tom W. Griggs, Senior Broker/General Contractor/Field Supervisor:Tom has over 35 years of Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Appraisal, and Loan Brokering experience. During this time, he grew the business through two recessionary cycles by providing creative asset management advice to his clients.  As the Senior Broker and Field Supervisor, he maintained and grew owner return on assets through strong tenant management, extensive and creative marketing, and effective strategies for short term and long term home maintenance and repairs.

Mary Iserman, Consultant, Accounting Manager:  Mary's 25 years experience in corporate Real Estate Asset portfolio management, uniquely qualifies her to drive the financial and legal side of the property management business.  Her experience was developed primarily at Metropolitan Life Insurance Co, Real Estate Investments Group, in San Mateo, CA.  As Asstant Vice President-Mortgage Portfolio Services Asset Recovery, she was responsible for a loan portfolio in excess of $2B, managing and training staff in loan valuations, market to market analysis, ratings for potential default analysis, inspections and foreclosure processes.  She negotiated prepayment fees, deeds in lieu, sales and payoffs including managing legal issues arising from the loan portfolio
