General Tenant Qualifications:

 

1.       Applicants must have established good credit and a stable source of income.  Co-Signers OK on a case by case basis.  

2.   aPPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE TWO YWARS OF SATISFACTORY RENTAL HISTORY OR HOME OWNERSHIP.  lIVING WITH RELATIVES DOES NOT COUNT.

 

2.       Pets will be permitted a case by case basis subject to management’s Pet Policy and Owner approval. In all cases, there will be an additional deposit for pets.  All pets must PROVIDE A PICTURE AND proof of inoculation for rabies.

 

3.       Smoking is not permitted inside any unit.

 

4.       All rentals have a 12 month minimum occupancy requirement.

 

5.       Approved applicants must take possession of the property within 14 days of approval or availability of the unit. 

 

Tenant Application Checklist:

¨  Complete one application for each occupant 18 years of age or older or any emancipated minor.

 

¨  Include application Fees:  $30.00 for each application

o       Application fees may be paid by cash , check, Visa or  Mastercard 

o       Make checks payable to: Frontier Property Management

o       The application fee is non-refundable if processed

 

¨  Attach a copy of each applicant’s driver license or other ID

 

¨  Attach proof of income (Choose one of the following)

o      For Employees: Last two pay stub originals

o      For Self-employed: IRS 1040 (First 2 pages and schedule C's of last 2 years tax returns) Front page of last year’s tax return

o   DIRECT DEPOSITS: bANK STATEMENTS FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS, WHICH MUST LIST THE SOURCE OF THE DEPOSIT

O   cHILD sUPPORT/ALIMONY (ONLY IF YOU WANT TO CLAIM THIS INCOME): FILE STAMPED COURT ORDER.  mUST SHOW HISTORY OF PAYMENT RECEIVED FOR A MINIMUM 12 MONTH PERIOD.
