VIDEO-TAPING - Each rental property is inspected and video-taped prior to occupancy to ensure tenants vacate the dwelling in the same condition that they received it, subject to normal wear and tear. A copy of the video inspection is available upon request.
ADVERTISING - We use a broad range of advertising media, including signs, flyers, newspaper classifieds, free listing services, local employers, and the internet including picture tours on our web site at www.FrontierForRent.com
SHOW RENTAL UNITS - Experienced, licensed agents are available to answer calls, and show rentals, thereby relieving you of those late evening and weekend annoyances.
TENANT SCREENING - Each prospective tenant is screened for credit and rental history, along with verification of employment and criminal background information.
RENT COLLECTION - Rents are collected and placed in a trust fund for disbursement on approximately the 10th of each month. Personal contact is made with slow payers to encourage prompt payments of rents.
RECORD KEEPING - Records, receipts, and expenses are sent to owners monthly, along with end of year statements ready for your tax preparation. Also, we can pay the mortgages, homeowners dues, property taxes, insurance, and utilities at no extra cost.
